Jerudong International School (JIS) is a vibrant community of 1660 day and boarding students from 45 nationalities, ages 2 - 18 years. They have more than 180 teachers, primarily British. It is an academically selective school following the British International School system (iGCSE, A Levels, IB Diploma or BTEC). JIS is an IB World School and an HMC School.

In February 2023, JIS received the COBIS Patron's Accreditation, the first international school worldwide to receive Beacon Status in 3 standards: Student Welfare, Boarding, and Extracurricular Activities. This recognition is a testament to their commitment to providing a safe, supportive, and well-rounded education to students.

In January 2023 JIS was a finalist in the Sustainability category at the International School Awards 2023, following their Global Eco Schools Green Flag Award in July 2022. Sustainability is a core part of their school ethos, and they are dedicated to educating students on the importance of environmental issues and empowering them to take meaningful actions to make a difference.
