TEST LOCATIONS
Most IDAT tests will occur using the IDAT Secure 360 proctoring system, in your home. However, the IDAT can also be proctored and delivered in any school with staff who have completed training to proctor the exam. The resources required are a quiet room with no distractions and a computer with video and audio capacities with a secure, fast internet connection.
By choosing a city and a time to take a test, IDAT will endeavour to find a location that is convenient and suitable for students and other stakeholders.

TEST FEES
Stage 1 - Stage 3 $ 280 USD
Stage 4 - Stage 6 $ 300 USD
ADDITIONAL FEES
- Students must list up to three schools to receive their results at the time of booking. If students fail to include this information during the booking, they will incur a $10 charge per school they elect to receive the results after the initial booking date.
- If students fail to set up their audio system correctly, requiring IDAT to sync the rear audio from the mobile device to the interview, a $10 fee will be charged. This fee will be payable by the school through the IDAT Concise portal, if they deem it necessary to listen to the audio, despite the student not following instructions or checking the system. Schools may incur this cost or pass it along to the student as the school deems necessary.
- Students or families who challenge the accuracy and validity of practice tests will need to pay a $20 fee for the examination of the tests. If errors in accuracy or validity are found, the $20 fee will be refunded.
- For IDAT Secure 360 registered tests, any changes made with less than 3 days’ notice will incur an administration fee of $50. This applies whether the test is school-booked or individually booked by the student. The fee is payable by the school or parent before the test can be rescheduled.
- IDAT results are generally available within 48 hours of testing. If a student requires results in less than 48 hours, IDAT reserves the right to charge an additional $50 per test result.
